Whitley Neill is a distiller and family that’s been in the gin business since 1762. Their classic formula incorporates a selection of botanicals, each balanced carefully against the rest. You’ll find juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, licquorice, orange, lemon and (in this bottle) raspberry. The blend is versatile enough to be served on the rocks, paired with a good tonic, or to serve as part of a contemporary cocktail.

Tasting Notes
