Sipsmiths is created in London, according to a very particular and traditional formula. The gin makes use of a copper-pot for distillation, and its recipe is one that draws heavily from those of the 18th century when gin was first popularised. The recipe brings together a range of exotic botanicals including Madagascan cinnamon, Spanish liquorice, and Macedonian juniper. Each botanical is carefully balanced against the others ensuring a whole that is clean and refreshing.

Tasting Notes
Sipsmith comes with a distinctly floral nose. Dry juniper leads the palate, which gives way to a pleasant balance of lemon tart and orange marmalade. The finish is dry, with lingering notes of spicy juniper and lemon tart.
