For lovers of high-quality Kentucky bourbon, a bottle of personalised Wild Turkey rare-breed is sure to make a lasting mark when you next need to celebrate a really special occasion. This powerful bourbon was made even stronger in 2015, and now sits at 56.4% ABV. It's been created using a blend of barrels of bourbon which have been matured for between six and twelve years, which have been bottled without any added water.
Despite its powerful alcohol content, Rare Breed offers a refreshingly sweet and smooth flavour profile. The master distillers at the Wild Turkey distillery select corn, rye and barley malt by hand, shunning everything but their own non-GMO grains. The grains are then cooked using water from the Kentucky river, which has been naturally filtered using limestone.

Tasting Notes
Toffee notes and rich tobacco predominate in the nose, while the palate offers a sizeable helping of upfront vanilla, and select notes of spiced oak and chocolate. The finish is dry and long, with a hint of orange peel.
