Covid19 service & delivery
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).
There are currently no delivery delays expected for the majority of orders, however affected areas such as London may experience slight delays. RoyalMail have postponed the next day guaranteed service, which has subsequently been removed from our shipping methods.
Upon delivery of your item, delivery staff may sign for the package on your behalf to avoid customers from touching service devices. If the delivery staff does not sign the device for you, you may ask he/ she to do so.
You may ask delivery staff to leave your parcel at the door if the driver has completed all necessary checks (such as age ID).
Our warehouse is operating in normal business hours with reduced staff, no delays are expected in production.
All staff must wash their hands before entering the facility and at hourly intervals, throughout the full duration of the day.
All office staff are working from home and production staff have minimal contact with delivery drivers who are no longer allowed inside the building.
Door handles, doorbells, mice/ keyboards, machinery, light switches, toilets and kitchen will be cleaned thoroughly each morning and afternoon.
