Once the fruits are gathered, they are de-stoned and fermented under wine making conditions. Afterwards, it is distilled in columns and copper pots to produce the drink you see here. Tasting Notes
Amarula is light on the nose, with a subtle hint of marula fruit making its presence known. It is not until you hit the palate, however, that the fruit is sweet, tangy flavour really begins to shine.
