Uralt’s history dates back to before the first world war. Since the drink first came to be, it’s been created using only a select few wine distillations, and then aged for up to three years in limousine oak casks. It’s got qualities you might associate with French casks, though this German offering is markedly fruitier. It’s an ideal way to mark any upcoming birthday, promotion or anniversary, and once you’ve laser-engraved a personal message into the glass, it’ll be even more so.
Tasting Notes
The aroma is fresh and packed with grapes and oak. The body, meanwhile, brings in darker, deeper fruit flavours, and a cracked-black pepper note that lingers well into the finish.
