The distillery was the first of its kind in Kentucky, and is still produced according to the same time-honoured methods. Tasting Notes
This bourbon is amber in colour, with a nose that’s light and packed with subtle minty note, and those of vanilla. In the palate, things get a bit heavier, with prominent oak, brown sugar and caramel flavours coming to the fore.
