This edition of the Glenlivet whisky was first unveiled in 2014, and replaces the existing 12-year-old whisky in the mature markets. It’s a great entry-level whisky for those looking to sample what the Glenlivet brand has to offer. The label is Georgian blue, in tribute to the man who founded the Glenlivet distillery, George Smith.

Tasting Notes
This is a stunningly complex whisky. You’ll find dates and sharp plum and apricot in the nose, along with chocolate raisins and cinnamon. There’s fruit, creamy toffee and oak in the body, with the warmth of those raisins lingering into the finish.
