Haymans have been making gin for more than 150 years, which makes them the only family of original gin makers who are still active today. Their recipe brings together ten different botanicals, and distils them in a copper still named Marjorie (after Christopher Haymans mother). The gin is blended and bottled at the same location, just to the north-east of London which means that Haymans can control the quality of their product precisely.
