This particular version of the classic is triple-distilled, and made from a blend of pot still and grain whiskey. Thanks to maturation in a mixture of ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels that have been painstakingly charred (hence the name), this is a version of the classic with an extra complexity that'll leave you wanting more.

Tasting Notes
This drink boasts a nose of butterscotch and creamy fudge, accented with pepper. The body of the drink is spicy and nutty, thanks to the charring process. Like the more familiar varieties of Jameson, the finish is smooth, rich, and bears repeated sampling.
