The house of Ruinart was established in 1729, inspired by the work of Dom Thierry Ruinart, a Benedictine monk who recognised the early potential of the bubblier sorts of wines that were becoming popular with young French aristocrats. Today, the house maintains its namesake's forward-thinking attitude and it has been run by the same family for more than two centuries.

Tasting Notes
you will get powerful fresh fruit notes in the nose, with sharp citrus and exotic fruits being especially prominent. Pink peppercorns and jasmine creep into the palate, which is lush, light and invigorating.
