At 57% ABV, this is an over-proof rum that’ll provide a heftier kick than most of the others on the market. The rum does, however, retain a distinct sweetness that makes it drinkable – provided that you do it with care! It’s a fantastic match for tiki cocktails, like the notorious Zombie.

Tasting Notes
Sweet cinnamon and cloves are prominent in the nose, and joined by thicker notes of sweet syrup and demerara in the palate. The finish is rich in toffee and shorter than you might expect.
