Engrave Drinks understands that although we offer and deliver a wide range of quality products, there are occassions where you may wish to return a product. If that is the case, please get in touch via the contact form to request return details and to discuss the options availible for returning your order.
Once Engrave Drinks arranges a return and receives your package will issue a refund for the item(s) and order delivery shipping charge to the payment card and method used to place the order. Processed refunds should be completed to the payment card within 2 weeks. Please read below for details on what can and can not be refunded.
More Information on Returns
You may cancel an order for non engraved products at any time before you receive the Dispatch Confirmation. You may cancel a Contract from the date you receive the Dispatch Confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed.
You have a period of 30 days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the Dispatch Confirmation. However, this cancellation right does not apply to certain types of goods, in particular Product(s) which have been engraved or otherwise personalised.
For cancellations, please contact our Customer Services telephone line or e-mail us at [email protected] Where you contact us by email, we will endeavour to respond to your cancellation request as soon as possible, and in any event within 2 working days of receiving your email. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Product(s) and any applicable charges you paid for delivery of the Product from us to your nominated delivery address. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above. Any refund to you will be made to the credit card or debit card you used to pay for the Product(s).
You must return the Product(s) to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and unless the Product(s) are faulty or not as described (in this case, see below), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us. You have a legal obligation to keep the Product(s) in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the Product(s) with the original packaging, and avoid opening the Product(s) if possible.
If you have returned the Product(s) to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
