The Dark Matter distillery takes a very scientific approach to their work. They have been creating rum in Scotland since 2015, after a long and stressful start-up period. Their efforts have been richly rewarded and They have been producing a steady stream of high-quality rum ever since. With the help of this bottle, you will be able to give them a try!

Tasting Notes
This spiced rum provides a rich, darkly sweet backdrop for those subtle spicy notes to mingle on. you will get fresh ginger notes, allspice and green peppercorns on the palate, followed by a finish that is long and peppery.
