The chardonnay grape is the rarest variety in the Champagne region, and thus this is a drink that's quite unlike any other.
Laurent Perrier decided in the 1950s that he'd use stainless-steel tanks to ferment his wines. This helps to preserve the complex aromas and freshness of the wine during fermentation, and went a long way to forging the style for which Laurent Perrier is so well-loved.

Tasting Notes
This champagne is pale gold, with fine bubbles. The nose is dense and complex, with a well-balanced blend of sharp citrus and fresh white fruits dominant in the body. The finish is long and satisfying.
