This rum is produced by a Cornish distiller, the Rum and Crab Shack (where, not-coincidentally, quite a lot of crab is sold). It combines a winning blend of Caribbean rums with an exciting dose of spices. Aged for three years, this is a rum that’s accessible and yet packed with subtlety.

Tasting Notes
