A personalised bottle of Doorlys XO Rum offers a great way to celebrate any upcoming special occasion. This rum is a blend of Bajan rums, which have been aged for a minimum of six years before being finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. This helps to lend this particular drink a character which sets it apart from the other rums you might have tasted.
Doorlys Rum came to be in the 1920s, after being founded by Martin Doorly. Doorly set about selecting the finest rums that Barbados had to offer, and then set about aging them twice. This second maturation, in solid-oak Spanish sherry casks, is what lends it the complexity It is known for.

Tasting Notes
At the front and centre of the palate you will find smooth caramel and fruit flavours, along with those of spicy tobacco. The finish is peppery and smoky, with the Oloroso sherry casks making themselves known right until the end.
