It boasts all of the qualities that make Jim Beam’s regular line of bourbon so well-loved, but it’s been subject to an extra layer of processing that’s at the cutting edge of bourbon production.
As a bourbon matures, its flavour is inevitably soaked into the surrounding oak cask. The Devil’s Cut method uses a proprietary process that extracts the bourbon from the barrel wood. This reclaimed cut is then blended with extra-aged bourbon at 45% abv to create a drink that’s far deeper and more robust than any ordinary bourbon.
With the help of our laser engraving service, your bottle of devil’s cut is certain to be even more special, and last as a treasured keepsake for long after the last of the drink inside has been enjoyed.
Tasting Notes
The nose is intensely smoky, while oak and vanilla notes predominate I the body. Charred and sweet notes are abundant throughout, while the finish is long, smooth and honeyed.
