After blending, the mixture is married in ex-cognac barrels, which helps to impart a whole new level of complexity.

Each Zacapa Rum is crafted in Guatemala with patience and experience. The work takes place more than two-thousand metres above sea level, in the ‘House above the Clouds’. Tasting Notes
