Calvados Berneroy VSOP is created using high-quality apples that are grown and harvested under exacting conditions. There are more than 180 different varieties of the fruit authorised for use in the production of this drink and they’re harvested between mid-September and the end of November. It can be enjoyed over-ice, as a part of a cocktail, or as a delicious after-dinner drink. And after it’s been finished with, the bottle is certain to endure as a lasting keepsake.
Tasting Notes
This dark gold drink gives off a nose that is packed with apples, vanilla and spice flavours, making it similar in flavour profile to a beautifully-complex apple tart. you will get a hint of wood on the palate, and a strong, long finish.
