But you can still taste the craft and perseverance that went into making every rum that bears the famous fruit bat on its label.
Maestros de Ron Bacardi created this rum using special, heavily-charred oak barrels, which is what helps to infuse it with those distinctive smoky notes. The rum is filtered through charcoal, just like the other rums in the Bacardi family, before being finished with blend of spices, whose exact makeup is a closely-guarded secret!

Tasting Notes
This is a warm, intense and characterful rum. You’ll find notes of vanilla and caramel in the body, with a finish that’s long, sweet and infused with a hint of pepper.
