Evan Williams Cherry is a classic bourbon, which by law must be made up of at least 51% corn and aged in a charred white-oak barrel (though Evan Williams mature theirs for far longer). With the introduction of those sharp cherry flavours, this drink will pack a tantalising zing, however it is enjoyed.
In the nose of the drink you will find cherry and berry fruits extremely prominent, along with cinnamon spice. These flavours mature in the palate, with prominent plum and cherry sweetness becoming especially evident.
